Grand Finale & Award Presentation Ceremony of the Enugu Media Village Online Poll for the Best Enugu State Performing Local Government Chairman – 2026
Enugu Media Village cordially invites members of the Enugu State Executive Council, Government Officials, Traditional Rulers, Community Leaders, Civil Society Organizations, Development Partners, the Media, Stakeholders, and the General Public to the Grand Finale and Award Presentation Ceremony of the Enugu Media Village Online Poll for the Best Enugu State Performing Local Government Chairman – 2026.
Over the past several weeks, Enugu Media Village has been conducting a groundbreaking Statewide Local Government Accountability Engagement across the seventeen (17) Local Government Areas of Enugu State. This initiative has provided a unique platform for direct engagement with Local Government administrations and citizens, promoting transparency, accountability, responsible leadership, and active citizen participation in grassroots governance. The accountability engagement will officially conclude on Monday, 4th August, 2026.
To complement this initiative, Enugu Media Village launched a statewide Online Poll, giving the people of Enugu State the opportunity to evaluate the performance of their Local Government administrations. The poll will officially close on Thursday, 6th August, 2026, with the results forming the highlight of the Grand Finale.
The ceremony will feature the official announcement of the poll results and the presentation of the prestigious Enugu Media Village Award to the Best Enugu State Performing Local Government Chairman – 2026, celebrating excellence in grassroots governance, accountability, innovation, and service delivery.
More than an award ceremony, this event is a celebration of democratic participation, transparent governance, and the collective pursuit of sustainable development across the seventeen Local Government Areas of Enugu State.
