ENUGU — The Wife of the Governor of Enugu State, Her Excellency, Mrs. Nkechinyere Mbah, has warmly felicitated with Nigerians at home and in the diaspora on the occasion of the nation’s 66th Independence Anniversary, while also extending her heartfelt wishes to families across the country as they welcome the month of October.
In a message of goodwill, the Enugu State First Lady described the Independence Anniversary as a special moment for Nigerians to celebrate the strength, resilience and enduring spirit of the nation, while reflecting on the shared responsibility of building a peaceful, united and prosperous Nigeria.
Mrs. Mbah urged Nigerians to continue to believe in the promise and potential of the country, emphasizing the importance of love for one another, peaceful coexistence, compassion and collective responsibility in advancing national development.

“Our strength as a nation lies in our shared humanity and our collective determination to leave behind a better Nigeria for our children and generations yet unborn,” she said.
Welcoming the new month, Mrs. Mbah prayed for peace in every Nigerian home, good health for families, greater opportunities for young people, prosperity for businesses and renewed hope for citizens across the country.
