I warmly congratulate our dear Governor, my boss and leader, His Excellency, Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, Executive Governor of Enugu State, on the conferment of the prestigious Honorary Doctor of Laws degree, honoris causa, by the University of East London (UEL), United Kingdom.
This distinguished honour is a profound recognition of a remarkable journey that began within the walls of the University of East London, where Your Excellency distinguished yourself as an exceptional law student and demonstrated early leadership, intellectual excellence and an unwavering commitment to service.
It is particularly inspiring that the same institution where Your Excellency acquired foundational knowledge in law has returned, years later, to celebrate your outstanding accomplishments as a lawyer, entrepreneur, strategist, nation-builder and transformational public servant.
The recognition is not only a celebration of personal achievement but also an affirmation of the values of excellence, innovation, discipline, strategic leadership and service to humanity which Your Excellency has consistently demonstrated.
