The Senior Special Assistant to the Executive Governor of Enugu State on Research & Strategy, Hon. Engr. Uche Kelvin Edeh, has congratulated the Commissioner of Police, Enugu State Command, CP Mamman Bitrus Giwa, on his well-deserved award, describing the recognition as a testament to his dedication to duty and commitment to public service.
Edeh, while celebrating the Police Commissioner, commended his leadership and efforts towards strengthening security, maintaining law and order, and promoting a safer environment for residents and visitors across Enugu State.
According to him, the award is a significant recognition of CP Giwa’s contributions and reflects the impact of purposeful leadership and professionalism within the security architecture of the state.
He noted that effective security remains critical to the peace, economic growth and development being pursued by the administration of Governor Peter Mbah, stressing that the commitment of security agencies is essential to creating an environment where businesses can thrive and citizens can live and work peacefully.
The Governor’s aide expressed confidence that the recognition would further motivate CP Giwa and officers of the Enugu State Police Command to continue demonstrating professionalism, diligence and dedication in the discharge of their responsibilities.
