Hon. Engr. Uche Kelvin Edeh, Senior Special Assistant to the Executive Governor of Enugu State on Research and Strategy, has celebrated his boss, Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, on the occasion of the prestigious national honour bestowed on the Governor at the Daily Times Nigeria 100 (DTN100) celebration held last week.
