  • Enugu East, Go in this Might of Yours and Endorse Mbah for a Second Term

Enugu East, go in this might of yours and endorse your son, Peter Ndubuisi Mbah for re-election. Enugu East, this is your son; behold your illustrious son, a true leader, a transcendental leader, the one in whose hand is the art of governance, the governor who,in three years, has done what most governors never get to do in eight years, a creative thinker done wonders, the disruptive innovator, the highly cerebral one with deep understanding of what governance entails, the one adept at allocating the deliverables, the project master, the master on the chessboard. Enugu East, this is Peter Ndubuisi Mbah. He is yours, flesh and blood. Behold your son!

The atmosphere is charged and the horizon brightened as the people of Enugu East Senatorial Zone empty into Okpara Square to make a bold statement; to claim their son of whom they are proud; to make an avowal before the world that Peter Ndubuisi Mbah is a son in whom they are well-pleased; to make a covenant of Mbah’s delivery among themselves; to sign a social charter with Ndi Enugu that Peter Mbah shall be re-elected governor for a second term; to endorse the governor for a second tenure in appreciation of his milestone achievements in office as the governor of Enugu State.

Peter Mbah of Enugu East is arguably the best governor in Nigeria. Everyone knows this fact. The presidency knows and acknowledges it with awards of excellence; the international community knows this and pours ecomiums profusely; investors know this and swarm Enugu as would bees on honeycomb; Mbah’s rarity and superlative scorecard are on the lips of all people. As a matter of fact, Mbah embodies some complexity of huge consciousness in regard to his sterling governance. Mbah’s Enugu has continued to offer the standard metrics for measuring achievements in office. Since the beginning of the world, Enugu has had no governor like Mbah. This is the incontrovertible fact. No one can fault this. Even those who move around the city, making noises like a dog, barking at the moon, whose travesty of aspirations to the governship have hit some dark alley, know this fact and tremble. But for vaulting ambition, they are no match to Mbah. The people of Enugu East Senatorial Zone know this fact. They know what I am talking about, and that is probably why the eagles are gathering. Okpara Square has a premonition of what the day, 6th June, 2026, significantly holds for the people of Enugu East Senatorial District.

This is one endorsement devoid of sycophancy and pretense. It is organic, flowing from the hearts of the people. Enugu North and West had endorsed the governor for re-election already. Enugu East endorsement mega rally is the mother of it all. The people shall speak with one voice, stating in clear terms that Mbah is the governorship candidate for the zone. The governor has many projects in fha offing. Many of the projects are billed for completion in four to eight years, during which the governor shall have tidied and rounded them off to a convenient stopping point. This is clearly understood by the people; that the governor be given the time to complete the ongoing transformation of Enugu State; that he be given adequate time to revv up the GDP of the state to $30 billion; that adequate time be given for Mbah to make Enugu the first choice of investment destination, tourism and living; that in eight years, Mbah shall have reduced the poverty headcount index of the state to zero per cent. Ultimately, in eight years, Enugu shall have become one of the top three sub national big economies in Nigeria.

Enugu East, as you go into the mega rally endorsing your son, go in this might of yours and in the clear understanding that Ndi Enugu stand by you. Do the endorsement and reunite with Enugu North and West, and deliver Mbah to the people that he may continue the good work he has begun in Enugu State.
